Located in Downtown Indiana, Pa we're just a short walk from the IUP campus. Come and try a class for just $5! After that all classes are $10 each, or save with one of our discounted class packages. Students, take advantage of our 20% student discount!

Your transformation begins here. Come and meet our many instructors and find a class that's right for you. At Sunflower Yoga Studio, we offer something for everyone. You will find classes at various times of the day, every day of the week. With an emphasis on community, we welcome students of all levels of yoga (and related practices), and every student is provided with individualized attention and care.

Opened in February, 2008, Sunflower Yoga Studio offers a 1,200 sq ft bamboo floor, a welcoming reception area, and an upstairs lounge where visitors can relax with a cup of tea and enjoy featured exhibits by local artists. For your convenience, the studio also provides mats, props and a changing room.
