• Do I need to pre-register?
  No. If you are a first time student, please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before the start of class to fill out a short form, meet the instructor and get settled on your mat.

• What is a class card and how does it work?
  Purchasing a class card helps you to save money on classes and also enables you the flexibility to come to whichever teachers and classes you choose, whenever you choose. Your card is kept at the studio in a box designated for class cards. Each time you come for a class, your instructor will indicate that on your card. So, you have the freedom to use your card when and how you like, and you only pay for the classes you actually attend!

• Do class cards have an expiration date?
  Yes. Cards are good for six months from their date of purchase.
  
  Please note: class cards are not refundable or transferrable (either to another student or for other studio events or services).

• Do you take credit cards?
  Sorry, at this time we only accept cash and checks.

One-time introductory drop-in rate: $5

Drop-in rate: $12
Class card for 4 classes: $40 ($10 each)
Class card for 8 classes: $72 ($9 each)
Class card for 12 classes: $96 ($8 each) 

Discounted Student Rates
Drop-in rate: $10.00
Class card for 4 classes: $32 ($8.00 each)
Class card for 8 classes: $58.00 ($7.25 each)
Class card for 12 classes: $78.00 ($6.50 each)

Private sessions can also be arranged for $65 an hour with individual instructors at the studio.
