Seeking Inner Balance with Chakra Energy:
A Workshop with Ruth Rittenhouse
Date: Saturday, November 6
Time: 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $25 pre-registration by November 1st; $30 after
(Students $20/$25)

Experience the subtle body with the physical practice of hatha yoga, pranayama, imagery and relaxation. Our hubs of energy (Chakras) may become unbalanced and cause congestion within the channels that carry our energy. This leaves us vulnerable to illness or a feeling of being "out of sorts". Using yoga techniques and our own creativity, we can tap into the energy of the seven major chakras to regain balance in our busy and sometimes overburdened lives. The workshop is appropriate for all levels of practice.

Ruth Rittenhouse, ERYT, has been practicing yoga for over 35 years and teaching for 15. She is Co-director of Stress Management for the Dr. Dean Ornish Program for Reversing Heart Disease for Highmark in Pittsburgh. Ruth currently teaches specialty programs and yoga classes for corporations as well as training teachers at the 500 hour level of Yoga Alliance.
