Yoga at the workplace has become popular in many companies nationwide because of its stress reduction benefits and low cost. The average workweek is increasing from 40 to 50 hours per week and the average employee is subjected to increased levels of stress. The good news is that in a recent study, 77% of people experiencing high levels of stress were able to lower their blood pressure and cholesterol levels just by training themselves to stay calm. Yoga is a proven method for helping people establish inner peace and with it, a greater sense of calm.
At Sunflower Yoga, we offer something for everyone - especially for working people like you. Sunflower Yoga will be open for morning, afternoon, and evening sessions - seven days a week. Some instructors also offer private yoga instruction by appointment. Of special interest to employees are "sunrise" "lunchtime" and “happy hour” sessions.
