Yoga is great for kids, too! Research indicates yoga helps children inprove self-esteem and overall health. It also improves physical fitness, concentration and emotional balance. Check out our programs and offerings available through the studio:

Mommy & Me Classes
Saturdays, 10:30 - 11:00 a.m.
For parents and their children, ages 1 - 4
This class is designed to help parents, moms and dads both, connect with their children and each other through yoga. For children ages one through four.
Yoga for Kids
Saturdays, 11:15 a.m. - 12 Noon
Kids ages 6 and up
Yoga for Kids classes will help kids improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imaginations and release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga. Classes always end with quiet time allowing kids to leave in a calm and balanced state.

Off-Site Yoga Instruction for Kids
Sunflower Yoga instructors are available to teach kids yoga classes at a variety of venues. We have experience teaching kids from age 2 to 18 at summer camps, after-school and summer programs, and day care centers.
